Community member who benefited from the school garden of Muhindi Primary School

 This woman called Mrs Mikira benefited from School Garden,the knowledge attained now is put into practice and she says her harvest have improved in both quality and quantity.She says further says she sell a bunch ranging from 15000shs - 20000sh.Her two sons can now afford school fees and other scholastic material.She therefore thank BWERA INFORMATION CENTRE (BIC) in conjunction with  SNV for the technical assistance extended to the community.
Many other parents have the same.

BWERA INFORMATION CENTRE (BIC) is glad to tell the world of a Public / Community Library which is supported by Book Aid International.

With the same support, BIC held a reading Competitution on 09^th/08/2013 in five Schools at BIC Offices in Mpondwe Lhubiriha Town Council. These Schools were:

1. Kamasasa P/S
2. Kamukumbi P/S
3. Nyabugando P/S
4. Kasanga P/S
5. Nyamighera P/S

Each of the above Schools presented 2 pupils from five classes (P.1 – P.7) making a total of 50 pupils all together.

The Assessors were

1.      Mr.Muliwabyo Elisha-Former Inspector of Schools-Kasese District.

2.      Mr.Baluku Cleophus-Head Teacher Global Vine School-MLTC

3.      Mrs. Oliver-Deputy Principle Bwera Primary Teachers’ Collage

Participants were given presents like Mathematical sets, Dozens of books, Pens and Pencils
